This is my first order with them, as I just rediscovered my Film Camera. The service is quite straight forward, They sent my developed film negatives and prints by mail, and I added the scan option, which they set via a wetransfer link. Quite satisfied with the service, will use it again
Ordering was super easy. I was a bit nervous since it seemed almost too simple. Tracking both ways was spot on, and the turnaround time was great. The film I had developed was just stuff I found in the garage. I knew it was at least 30 years old but had no idea what condition it was in or what was even on it. I sent in 10 rolls. The price for everything was more than fair. The fun of seeing those memories was priceless. Thanks.
First time using them. Communication was very good, price is right and they were fast. I didn’t get prints because these were trial rolls. But the scans were very good and color corrected. Will be using again.
I’ve had 2 disposable camera and 2 rolls of 35 mm film developed now and definitely plan on continuing to use them. The prices are reasonable, the turnaround is quick and the people I’ve dealt with are lovely. Highly recommend!

I was very happy at how fast the service was. I do wish the email with the link to the photos was easier to notice. I deleted alot of my spam email and with it the email with the pictures. Thankfully I was able to do a chat with customer service and they responded quickly with a direct link. They also offered to re-send the email. Overall happy with the experience and will be using them again!

Excellent processing once again. Turnaround time was great, negatives are clean, colors are good and the return shipping package could survive the Samsonite gorilla. The only thing that's weird is that the scans are in reverse order; for a given roll the first scan is the last frame and vice-versa. But I'll live.
