Print Your Order's Receipt/Shipping Label

Once you've completed your order online, either print out your order's receipt or write your name and order # on a piece of paper and include it with your film.

Feel free to use our Round-Trip shipping label. This will ensure smooth processing and tracking of your package.

Securely Package Your Film and Order Form

This is crucial. If your outer packaging is damaged in transit, the ziplock bag helps keep your film and order details together and protected from water or tearing.

We highly recommend this step due to the increasing number of damaged envelopes we've been seeing.

Pack Your Film Safely

Place the sealed ziplock bag containing your film and order form into a padded envelope or box. Make sure all openings are fully closed and reinforced. Avoid using thin letter envelopes or paper mailers, they often tear open during processing at the post office.

If you're sending just a few rolls, a padded envelope is usually fine.

For larger orders (multiple rolls, cameras, or anything heavier), please use a box - it provides much better protection.

Seal the Envelope/Box Securely

Use strong packing tape to completely close and reinforce your envelope or box. This helps prevent any tearing, tampering, or accidental opening during transit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the package in a visible spot. This will ensure that your package is properly identified and routed to our facility.
