Your label failed to generate automatically. This happens occasionally. Two options:

  1. Wait a few minutes and check your confirmation email again, the label may still generate.
  2. Use the manual method below to create your own USPS return label at no cost.

manually create a shipping label:

    Enter your address information.

    hazardous material check

    Click 'no' for the hazardous material check.

    finish and print

    Print or email your label and drop off your package at a USPS location.

    Locate a Post Office.

Please do not ship your film in Priority or Express packaging.
