Quick turn around on developing, scans arrived same day they were developed. I had questions which were answered within a couple of hours. I'm pleased with the service!
Good scans but you really need to get the file sizes of your TIF scans down from 182mb each. They s/b around 30mb so there's something wrong with your setup. No way there's 182 mb of data in those files (they have notably less definition than RAW originals from another digital 36mp pixel sensor camera I use) and the fact that each is EXACTLY 182 mb tells me something is wrong - file sizes should vary with content - so your system is introducing huge amounts of useless padding - and chewing up disc space and increasing download times unnecessarily. Your regular HQ JPG files are ONE SIXTH the size.

I've sent FDC three batches of film, and the turn time has consistently been around one day every time. The developing seems very consistent and even the standard resolution scans look great
